At the heart of this vision is Modupe Ativie, a purpose-driven leader with deep roots in strategy, human capital development, and organizational transformation. Modupe saw firsthand how gaps in training, unclear business processes, and lack of international exposure limited the potential of people and institutions—especially across Africa. Determined to close these gaps, she founded Eudora and Aegle with one goal in mind: to build a bridge between ambition and achievement, between dreams and destinations.

From its humble beginnings, the company has expanded into a multidisciplinary powerhouse with over 20 dedicated staff and operational branches in Port Harcourt and Abuja. Today, E&A Group is trusted by corporate organizations, government agencies, NGOs, and aspiring migrants across Nigeria and beyond.
